Committed to client education and empowerment, Emily Isabel guides clients through the intricacies of buying, refinancing, and investing in real estate. Her passion for homeownership and wealth-building through real estate arises from a deep concern about the shrinking middle class and the growing obstacles to upward mobility.

“The classic American Dream—attending college, climbing the corporate ladder, and settling into a home with a white picket fence—has faded into the past. Yet the true American Dream endures: financial independence through real estate. The key difference? Education. Schools continue to prepare children for an obsolete path, while the steps to financial freedom remain a well-kept secret, often shared only around the dinner tables of fortunate families, boarding schools, and elite colleges.

Before entering the real estate industry during the pandemic, Emily Isabel studied Neuroscience and Behavior at Columbia University as a Rabi Scholar, a prestigious designation awarded to about ten students who “demonstrate exceptional promise in the sciences.” After years in research labs, experimenting with DNA, she sought a more immediate, positive impact on her community. “I realized that empowering people to take control of their finances through real estate provided a more tangible and immediate impact than a career in the lab.”

Today, Emily Isabel specializes in navigating the unique challenges faced by investors, self-employed individuals, and foreign nationals. These cases demand exceptional expertise—in both planning and execution—to ensure that seemingly harmless decisions today don’t limit tomorrow’s opportunities.

Despite her expertise in the big leagues, Emily Isabel knows that every seasoned investor once stood in the shoes of a first-time homebuyer. Her passion for the American Dream and commitment to client education make guiding first-time buyers one of her most rewarding endeavors.

Emily Isabel also takes pride in guiding ambitious clients through major life transitions: from first-time homebuyer to wise homeowner, from homeowner to first-time investor, and from investor to retiree living off their real estate portfolio.

In her free time, Emily Isabel enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with her Akita, Charlie. She also completed a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia and proudly supports her alma mater, Loomis Chaffee.
